Track 1: Video and IP
The critical impact to the Internet of video is that it changes the use scenario. Instead of people leaving the Internet to look at TV they are now looking at TV via the Internet. The implication is that usage of the network is changed forever. Whether using Video on the Net or IPTV, it’s still an opportunity for new service models to exist.
