Tuesday, October 30, 2007, 3:15pm - 4:30pm

The new age of Service Creation Minutes and MIPS are cheap making a service built in a totally virtual environment. The ability to host voice applications on the network has made application development a new experience. No Capital, lots of APIs and the ability to deliver a scalable system from a prototype, mean that the Internet's long tail has arrived for voice based applications. Not only is the system instantaneously scalable... It's ubiquitous! This is not your old service delivery model. Never mind IMS, this is where apps are being built and being built faster than you can say "Rapid". The system is scalable, and if the business model is replicable, the age of third party application has arrived!
