Jon Arnold, Principal, J Arnold & Associates
Jon Arnold is Principal of J Arnold & Associates, an independent telecom analyst and marketing consultancy with a focus on IP communications. Previously, he was the VoIP Program Leader at Frost & Sullivan, where he was responsible for managing their subscription service for Global VoIP Equipment Markets.
James Body, Director - Networks, Truphone
James Body is responsible for the Truphone network infrastructure. A founding member of the UK Internet Telephony Service Providers Association (ITSPA), he has been closely involved with the implementation and regulation of new internet based telephony systems for past four years. He was responsible for SIPCall, the first UK public SIP<>PSTN system and was also co-founder of Gossiptel, a leading consumer based VoIP offering. He spent 20 years as a an officer in the Royal Corps of Signals before retiring from the British Army to focus on implementing VoIP based telephony systems.
Helen Khais, Vice President of Marketing, SHAPE Services GmbH
Helen Khais is the Vice President responsible for Marketing at SHAPE Services, the leading developer of mobile IM. Helen brings a new perspective on the marketing and managing side of business development by combining her international experience with Master’s in Business Administration from A&M University in Texas. Helen has numerous awards, among them two prominent awards in Accounting and French. With just a little over a year with SHAPE, she has moved from a lower level position in the marketing department to becoming the Vice President of the company. Now, her primary responsibilities include leading the strategic marketing goals of the company by integrating the product development ideas based on the market research with successful partnerships.
Samuel Li, Vice President of Product Management, iSkoot
Samuel Li has over 20 years of experience in Telecom/Wireless, IT, and Electronics industries in North America and Asia regions. Prior to joining iSkoot, Samuel was VP of Global Product Marketing at SavaJe located in Boston, USA, Director of Motorola Global Smartphone Product Group in Beijing, China, and he was the Product Manager of the world's first Linux-based Smartphone: Motorola A760 and A768 with multi-million unit shipment worldwide. Samuel has led Marketing and Business Development teams for Nokia's Mobile Data Solution division, working directly with the world's largest operators including China Mobile and China Unicom. Samuel has also worked as a Computer Telephony Integration Product Manager for Nortel Networks located in Toronto, Canada. He holds an MBA from University of Toronto, Global Executive MBA program, a Master of Systems Design Engineering from University of Waterloo, Canada, and a Bachelor of Computer Sciences from Hangzhou University of Electronic Engineering, China.
Stephane Marceau, CEO, MOBIVOX
Stéphane Marceau brings to MOBIVOX over 12 years of senior global experience in the fields of telecom and IP. As Vice-President with Bell Canada, he built several new business lines, including the residential VoIP group. Stéphane served as VP and head of many different Bell groups - consumer strategy, e-commerce, online SME markets and as well as led several acquisitions and partnerships. Prior to his time at Bell Canada, he advised wireless and telecom companies in Western Europe, the U.S. and Canada on Internet strategy and technology related opportunities. Stéphane is also on the board of several Montreal-based Internet startups. Stéphane holds a Master's degree in Management of Technology from the University of Waterloo and a BA in Finance from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
