As IPT/VoIP deployments roll-out into large enterprise there is a reliance on network-centric tools to manage voice quality. The view that low packet and jitter in the IP network must lead to acceptable voice quality is woefully inadequate. This presentation explains why this is and introduces a practical solution supported by case studies.
