John Blake of BT spoke about servicing the Enterprise needs. Nigel Dorrington of DT spoke on the role out of new services and what he expect the vendor community. Jan Larsson of TeliaSonera shared the need to make the billing models match the way people work. Jonathan Christensen of Skype explained the goals of supporting working groups and not attack the needs of the enterprise head. Timothy Jasinowski described the need for the wireless device to be treated as a required business asset.

All of these speakers looked at the way to bring services to the market in a manner that met current demand from their customers.
