Grandstream, RNK Announce Interoperability

06/20/2008

Grandstream Networks and RNK Communications announced Grandstream’s all-in-one IP PBX, the GXE502x, has been tested and certified interoperable with RNK’ global VoIP network. The two companies also have teamed to create a one-button provisioning protocol to easily provision edge CPE devices onto RNK’ targeted VoIP network.

Grandstream and RNK said they have collaborated to eliminate VoIP pain points for SMBs, including unpredictable capital and operational costs, complicated setup and administration, and overall unreliability from the IP PBX and network.

With one-button provisioning, Grandstream’s GXE502x and RNK’s SIP trunks allow near out-of-box provisioning for the SMB. In addition to eliminating the time and resources, this technology eliminates human error, connectivity issues and ensures data integrity and security.

Granstream also recently announced interoperability with Broadvox.
