03/26/2008

SIP phone maker Aastra Telecom has released the AastraLink Pro – Model 160, an IP PBX for businesses with 25 or fewer users.

The company will sell the system exclusively through channel partners as of May.

AastraLink Pro is a plug-and-play system. It plugs into a LAN and provides all the standard features, including visual voice mail over XML.

The IP PBX – unveiled last week – is compatible with some Aastra SIP phones. It also supports up to six PSTN FXO trunks, two FXS analog ports, one SIP trunk, an external paging port and a music input port.
