IP-based video provider Glowpoint Inc. (GLOW.OB) said Monday it has completed its second debt-for-equity exchange since November. Glowpoint now boasts “a significantly improved balance sheet and simplified capital structure,” said company CEO Michael Brandofino in a prepared statement.
