VON Conference & Expo organizers are

All submissions to speak must be
submitted online using the form below; e-mailed
submissions will not be considered. Proposals must be
submitted by Jan. 30, 2009. Below are guidelines to keep
in mind when drafting your submission:
- Presentations CANNOT be used to sell or market
products or services. All presentations are to be
vendor-neutral, objective and educational in nature.
- Submissions will be judged based on relevancy of
content, originality, experience of speaker/company
and timeliness of topic.
- Applications should include a thorough discussion
of the topic and its relevance to the VON audience;
one-liners are unlikely to be given thoughtful
consideration.
- Sessions presented by or in conjunction with
service providers receive top consideration. Attendees
appreciate hearing real-world case studies, and
service provider speakers bring unparalleled
credibility to a presentation.
Due to the large number of
submissions received, we will notify you by March 1,
2009 regarding the status of your proposal.
