Five global providers were lauded this week at PTC ’09 for excellence by ATLANTIC-ACM. The research firm Wednesday delivered its 2009 Global Wholesale Excellence Awards at the international carrier trade show, which was held in Honolulu, Hawaii.
The awards are based on results of data collected from more than 1,200 individual carrier evaluations for ATLANTIC-ACM’s 2009 Global Wholesale Carrier Report Card, the latest edition of the industry’s principle benchmarking study.
The awards were presented by ATLANTIC-ACM President Fedor Smith to the following carriers in the noted areas:
- Sprint Nextel Corp.: data quality
- AT&T Inc.: brand, network, customer service, voice quality
- Belgacom: sales reps, provisioning, billing
- Global Crossing Ltd.: data price
- iBasis Inc.: voice price
