Hotwire Communications has selected a suite of products from CommSoft. The company hopes to better provide voice, video and data services in its areas.
The solution includes iCommVergence, CommNextion, VTC CommView, CommForce, Financials, Inventory, and CM/CRM. Commsoft’s BSS/OSS suite will provide Hotwire with a wide range of tools to help them provide exceptional customer service for their MDU business and offer a single bill for all of their services, including Internet, television, phone and home automation, according to CommSoft.
Hotwire provides telecom services in parts of the South, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
