Popular Signs Deal with Vocalpad

Popular Telephony Inc., a VoIP middleware company, says it has signed a distribution and licensing agreement with VoIP services provider Vocalpad.

The deal calls for Vocalpad to establish a VAR channel for SMBs in Spain, South Asia, the Middle East and African countries, and integrate Peerio in its product lines.

Vocalpad offers its customers the range of Peerio terminals that target users from enterprise customers to residents. Peerio features include peer-to-peer voice mail, transfer, call hold, call park, conferencing and more.
