Andiamo Opts for PhoenixSoft’s Cirrus Softswitch

Andiamo Telecom has selected PhoenixSoft’s Cirrus Softswitch platform to upgrade its global telecommunications network and provide enhanced network switching, Class 5 features, broadband telephony and retail Web applications.

Andiamo Telecom provides retail and wholesale VoIP and traditional telephony services that include prepaid calling cards, toll-free and long-distance calling, local phone service in Arizona, domestic and international operator services, and nationwide dial-up Internet services. PhoenixSoft’s Cirrus Softswitch enables Andiamo to offer applications such as online payment processing, customizable billing solutions and enhanced customer care capabilities.

Andiamo Telecom will use a facilities-based model to allow maximum flexibility in business operations.
