IP5280 Interoperates with Interactive Intelligence Software

IP5280 Communications announced that its SIP5280 service has been certified for installation with the Interactive Intelligence contact center automation and enterprise IP telephony software.

SIP5280 is a SIP trunking solution that connects legacy phone systems to a broadband connection through standard integrated access devices or gateway routers. It enables companies to eliminate local PSTN gateways and PRI lines, and reduce local, long-distance and international call charges.

Interactive Intelligence’s all-in-one IP communications software suite includes multichannel routing, interactive voice response, multichannel recording, blended dialing, Web self-service, knowledge management, unified messaging, presence management, conferencing, fax services, speech-enabled unified communications for mobile workers, and more.
