Mobile World Congress: Skuku Unveils Windows App, USB Handset

Skuku announced Tuesday at Mobile World Congress the launch of a Mobile Windows application, enabling subscribers to use the Skuku roaming service on their smartphones, retaining device features such as contact lists and text messaging.

In addition to the Mobile Windows application, the company developed a USB handset and USB stick, which allow customers to place mobile calls and send text messages over Internet connections using their GSM mobile SIM card.

Skuku products enable international calling at low IP tariffs. Skuku subscribers pay their local airtime charges when making and receiving calls to and from their home country. Calls are free between Skuku users.
