Verizon’s Transition to All-Digital FiOS TV

With analog TV signals due to be shut down forever in mid-February, consumers aren’t the only ones who have been racing to digital systems.

Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) today declared that its FiOS TV is now 100 percent digital, completing an initiative that began in April, whereby the telco phased out the small number of duplicate analog channels that had been offered on its FiOS TV service.
