Vertical Unveils SBX IP 320

Vertical Communications, has launched the Vertical SBX IP 320, a converged IP telephony system for single- and multilocation small businesses.

The Vertical SBX IP 320 was developed working in partnership with LG-Nortel and supports both traditional and IP endpoints as well as SIP trunking in a single system providing businesses with complete flexibility on when and how VoIP is deployed. It is scalable up to 32 users per system with the capability of networking together up to 72 sites.

The SBX IP 320 incorporates integrated voice mail and auto attendant; uniform call distribution; one-touch call recording; SIP trunking; mobility with the nomad IP; nomad IP softphone for the mobile worker; ezPhone desktop call manager; hot desk; 15-party conferencing; and system administration and configuration.

Commercially available now in North America, the SBX IP 320 can be purchased through Vertical’s network of more than 1,800 Vertical Business Partners.
